Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. pv13 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Pv13 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the platform's security procedures.
As a pv13 user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and to use the platform for lawful purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:

All financial transactions on pv13 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. pv13 accepts only approved payment methods, including local online banking and supported digital wallets.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
Pv13 is not liable for any failed transactions caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment service providers.
Pv13 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, pv13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions or cyberattacks.
Pv13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at pv13's sole discretion without the need to provide reasons. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud, the account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. If closure is requested by the user, any valid remaining balance will be returned following the completion of a verification process.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the pv13 platform are the exclusive property of pv13 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from pv13.
The pv13 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. pv13 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at your own risk.
Pv13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
